Pet Disclaimer

Hume Villa welcomes your Furry friend!

Here at The Hume Villa, we understand your special Fur friends are part of your family, so of course they would love to travel with you too. We welcome both Cats and Dogs.

An additional Fur Fee of $25.00 per night is required at the time of booking.

Subject to availability, our Fur Friendly package includes:

• Ground floor accommodation for Guests and their Fur friends (up to 2 pets per room)
• Bowls provided for your pet’s dinner and breaky
• Bowl of drinking water
• 1x complementary hot breakfast for up to two (2) people
• Free parking (maximum 1x vehicle, if you are travelling with more than one vehicle, please notify The Inn, in advance)
• Complementary WIFI
• Access to Park/Playground

Additional requests may be provided upon request, in advance.

Hume Villa Fur Friendly Policy

Pet friendly rooms must be booked direct, no online booking will be accepted

 

Guests must be responsible for their pets at all times.

A maximum of two (2) pets per room.

All pets must be fully house trained. Dogs must be well restrained on a leash in all common areas of The Inn, including Car Parks and Park/Playground, walking areas. Cats must be in a secured carrier, at all times, whilst outside the Guest room, unbless on a leash.

Pet/pets must not be left unattended outside the Guest room, and Guest must always be onsite if pets are left unattended inside the Guest room. Pets left unattended in Guest room must be well secured in a carrier or crate.

Guests must clean up after their pet, within the Hume Villa Motel and surrounding areas, including Park/Playground/ walking  area.

Guests acknowledge any damage / personal injury caused by your pet on any part of The Inn’s grounds will incur a minimum charge of $300. A valid credit card is required at the time of the booking and the Inn reserves the right to charge the Guest’s account to the cost of any damage.

Hume Villa reserves the right to evict Guests and Pets from the property without prior notice.

Guests acknowledge The Inn, the Owners, Management and Staff are in no way responsible or under no circumstances to be held liable for any damage or injury as a result of the Guest’s pet/pets.

Please inform at the time of booking the size of your pet/s and any relevant detailed information about your pet/s.

Pets are not allowed in The Dining Room (restaurant), or on the first (1^st ) floor of The Inn.

Cancellation: 24 hours prior or one night accommodation fee.

This policy is subject to change without prior notice.

Pet Friendly rooms are subject to availability.

Guests are required to sign a Pet waiver form upon Check in.
